This is the worst Chipotle location I have been to. Every couple of months, for years now, we've tried to give this store a... chance (it's two minutes away from us, vs +10 min. to the next closest), but they ALWAYS mess up our orders. Every single time,without fail, they get it so wrong. I'm a vegetarian.. They usually put meat on my bowls/burritos. My wife is lactoseintolerant... They always put cheese, sour cream, or both on hers. I'm not complaining about small issues, even. It's not, "oh,they put white rice instead of brown." No, they make a meal that's inedible. Read more
I don't give reviews often but felt one of the staff deserved the recognition. Akita was serving customers when I arrived. She... received 5 people's orders and also filled them by herself. All the while, remaining patient, calm, and kind. She was the loneperson working the WHOLE line even though there were other workers around that could have helped. All tables inside are filthy. Like smeared guacamole on a table gross... the young staff is pleasant, but no one told em they... need to clean or it appears to be against standards... no gloves, on phones, couldn't hear me because ear buds are now part ofthe uniform... also watched a young girl with long black hair adjust her earbuds, then take a payment, then finish a burrito...almost puked on sight. Just stopped in at this location and the gentleman who took my families order was EXCELLENT. I asked to have our names written... on it so it would be easier when we got home, they made it into a positive experience through humor when asking what to write onthem. Plus, adding a simple smiley face will make my dads day. I have never had such a great experience at a Chipotle. Keep itup!! Read more
My food was served with such disdain I didn't eat it. I might throw it out. Twice in one week I ordered from this location and... came to pick up the order and it wasn't there. They told me someone probably stole my food. Twice they were also out of fajitas.Tonight because my mobile order was missing I had to order in person. The guy who made my burrito bowl treated me like anuisance and accused me of lying. I forgave them and prayed for everyone there but my experience there was so unnecessarily bad.It seemed like a couple individuals were just being jerks for no reason. Praying for better days for this location of Chipotle.I will happily retract this review if the situation improves. I hope it does, but in the meanwhile I'm done with them. Read more
Chipotle is a chain restaurant, but they have good food and good ingredients. They're Mexican-style with tacos, burritos and... burrito bowls. You can tell them what you'd like in your tacos and burritos. They're kid friendly with fast service. They'rewheelchair accessible and it's not a sit down place. Read more
Ordered again bowl was wrong. Also missing Mexican Coke and I couldn't get a refund from Pepper. It kept repeating itself. I... give the zero stars as this store isn't reliable and I feel like they stole from me by not giving me a credit a coke that Ididn't receive. My coworkers and I decided to order for lunch. The three of us three separate pick up orders and we picked itup. When we got back to work and opened the food all three orders were made wrong. Not just a little wrong but completely...Itwas odd the right ingredients were on the labels. We also checked to see if we got each others orders be accident and we didn't.That mean all three were received wrong..I wonder how far back it went with people getting the wrong items. Read more
Excellent customer service. Counter looked clean, however if you like salty food, this is your shop. My burrito was so salty The... salt became spicy. I could not finish my burrito it was so darn salty. Read more
