To the manager of Green Mill restaurant. On September 25th we were staying at the Best Western attached to Green Mill. We met... with family for dinner that evening and my deaf brother and his wife were also with us. Our young waitress was Maddie. It was sorefreshing to have her as our waitress because she knew sign language and made the evening so easy for them to place theirorder. They normally carry a small pad of paper to write down their drinks and dinner. Maddie also engaged in a simpleconversation with them about going to Hawaii. We were here for a work training. There is a hotel right next door. The food was good. The only problem I had, was they were... out of Lobster the night I went and that's what I really wanted. Had to order something else. People I was with ordered pizzaand said it was really good. Read more
The service, especially at the bar where we were waiting for our table was great. I ordered the coconut chicken hoagie. It was... tasty, but the chicken was a bit chewy (overdone). The fries were great. The ranch dressing is homemade and had a lot oftarragon in it. I loved it. The hubs hated it. Read more

This is by far the BEST deep dish pizza in my opinion. I use to work for a Green Mill when I lived in MN and fell in love with... it. I always drop in for a deep when I visit. Sausage and Spinach is my favorite. Nothing in Vegas compares to Green Mill,nice job after all these years! Read more

Have been here a few times and really enjoyed the food, atmosphere and service. But as with most restaurants their menu is... considerably smaller then what it was. Hopefully will expand once they get busier. Would love to see a more environmentallyfriendly take away container. Read more
