I know I shouldn't but I love Subway sandwiches. This site provides great service.
I came in at 1:30pm today. Three workers behind the counter. One was at the cash register, one was standing at the place you... wrap up the sandwiches, and one was helping a lady put veggies on her order. I stood at the end where you start your order, andmade eye contact with two of the employees who ignored me and continued waiting for their third coworker to finish making asandwich for the only other customer. After waiting for 3 minutes without being served or even acknowledged, I walked out. Idecided to take the time to write this review and hope it motivates the workers to figure out how to flex and help out customersinstead of just standing at their stations. Read more
I went in around 7pm on 8/24/21 and there was no line. I had to order 3 sandwiches. My sandwich artist was fantastic. Quick and... and accurate. He was amicable and I wish I had gotten his name. I hope management sees this post and knows who I am talkingabout. He was the only person there at the time. The bread was the best I?ve gotten from Subway in a long time. Some of the bestbread in general I?ve had a sandwich on in a while! I?m very impressed and will go out of my way to return to THIS Subway nexttime I order! Read more
I ordered a six inch and a footlong. I got a drink and chips. However, I git charged for 2 drinks and 2 chips. I only got a... refund for one drink and not the other chips. Very frustrated! I don't plan on going back to this subway with such incompetentworkers. Read more
This kid Sam serviced me and I got a chicken and bacon on flatbread. He made it the most difficult thing to because he folded it... hamburger style not hotdog style(normal) and his wrapping job was terrible. I also asked for a fountain drink and never got one,then wanted a bag and also never got one. Probably the laziest person working in a fast food restaurant ever. Read more
I was visiting the area on business and ran here for lunch. Not only was the staff super friendly and my sandwich great, my... corporate credit card was having a problem being accepted because it had to go through as a credit. As the cashier and I triedto identify the issue a customer behind me offered to buy my lunch for me. I love this town. Shoreview, MN you people are whatmake this country great. I did pay cash and will have the company reimburse me but that was the best feeling ever. This made meproud to be an American and a veteran. Read more
I tend to go to this Subway location more frequently than the other Subway of equal distance because Parker, who works the... evening shift is so nice. (I think that's his name if he was wearing the correct name tag). He's extremely personal, quick &efficient & doesn't make me feel weird about being super specific about my order. Read more
