A new since September 13th, 2022 Cafe that is on The Cutting Edge of bud revelry. Excellent food, excellent drink, excellent... atmosphere. Going to keep it simple. Went here 3 times and each visit it got progressively worse. If this place wants to make it they NEED... to fix wait times for coffees. Waited 20 mins in line (which seems like the lower limit end compared to other reviews) and endedup just leaving out last visit because the wait was so crazy long. One visit mid October we tried ordering a few pumpkin drinksand they informed us the wouldn?t be getting any more pumpkin the rest of the season. Big bummer with a ton of time left evennow for fall flavored drinks. Won?t be returning until I see the wait times go down. Read more

Long story short: Ridiculous wait for very good drinks. We waited for about 40 minutes this morning for 2 iced drinks, a Butter... Bear latte and a Cosmic Chai latte. While the drinks were quite tasty, the wait and disorganization definitely tainted theexperience. The best example happened to a man who had ordered and sat down before we even came in. He ordered two drinks. Theycalled him up because one of his drinks was ready and then they realized they made it wrong. Cut to them calling him up again 10minutes later to give him the other drink while the original was still not ready. A few minutes later, the manager tells thebarista that they originally gave him someone else's order and they did make his order correctly the first time but theydiscarded that one. By the time we got our drinks, 20 minutes later, he was *still* waiting to get his other drink. I 100%understand that this place just opened and we expected a wait but having a guest waiting with half his order for over half anhour because of a mistake on your end is outrageous. Not to mention that we were late to our next destination because of our ownextended wait. I would like to go back, even though it's on the pricier side, because they have an extensive menu and a lot ofsugar free options but I'm going to give it at least a few weeks so they can train up and hopefully get more organized. My first time at this store. I was Hoping this store had coffee I liked from the first sip, not keep drinking until I got used... to it. I was not disappointed. I didn?t make it there for their first day but I did make day 2 & 3 day 4 I?ll be walking throughthe door again. I haven?t done drive up yet because they are so busy. If you like trying different things, their menu will not let you down - endless different options and combos with their lattes.... The loyalty card is definitely worth it too, you'll hit 12 drinks in no time. Everyone behind the counter is super nice andhelpful, they always confirm my order back to me and have never messed my order up. They put Starbucks and Dunkin to shame. Read more
