Cold Stone is one of my favorite famous ice cream. I tried the cake ???? ice cream. It was raspberry or strawberry. It was so... good!! This is my favorite for any birthday celebration. The sweetness is balanced, the ice cream and the cake together is sogood. I recommend it. I didn?t try regular ice cream yet. Read more
Went into ColdStone to pick up a uber eats order and the two kids working had not even started the order and told me it would be... a wait. I had no problem with waiting and watched as the restaurant filled with guests as the two kids struggled to justcomplete the two uber orders. Then after 20 minutes of waiting the male that was working came up to me and requested that Icontact the customer and ask them if it was okay that he made the ice cream incorrectly even though he had the correct ice creamin the back of the restaurant but he didn?t realize because he was too lazy (his words) to look and the female coworker broughtit out once it was already made for a different guest. I then told the worker I would not be waiting any longer ( because thiswas supposed to be a 10 minute TOTAL order ) but I can call the customer and see if it was okay. I told the customer what wasgoing on and of course they thought it was ridiculous and were getting mad. I then cancelled the order and the male child hadthe audacity to give me a bad review on uber for his mistakes ... Uber disputed the review and compensated me for my waste oftime but I suggest not hiring rude incompetent kids in the future. Read more
Fun place for ice cream. It's a bit pricey, but it's good.
Awhile back one of my best friends got me to try and become a fan of the Cold Stone experience. Great ice cream with many... options to mix and enhance your frozen treat. I like to mix two different ice cream flavors and generally some pecans. Thislocation is a regular stop for me and has a great selection of both regular and changing flavors. Delicious flavors, the staff is fast and gets you out pretty quickly. My favorite flavour is coffee with roasted almonds and... coconut with it ???? they had Nintendo themed cups and mixed flavors that got my kids pretty excited. Read more
