Bad bad bad restaurant, if there is a 0 star i will give it to them for sure, last time i ordered they missed 2 items of my... order. Today i said ill give them second chance, after i ordered they sent me a notification about my order being delivered,after 7 minutes i called the store, they told me the driver delivered my order to another address then he said everyone makesmistake ??????? 3 hours wait for 3 pizza wow this place needs new manager and better help
Came in about 15 minutes +, and was baked just right, plus the garden salad was just right for two people. Saving the cinnamon... breadsticks for breakfast!!! Will order again when possible. Read more
shorewood store food is consistently awful, the last time i ordered the pizza had a hair in it I can still taste the hair... products it was a shade of red. Ordered at 8:23 and it is 10:25 and still waiting. 2 hours for an order. We live 5 minutes away from the store. I understand I... could have drove and got the pizza on my own. Ordered pizza at 4pm on a Thursday, according to the app it was out of the oven at 4:24pm, but the order arrived over an hour... later. I called at to find out what was happening and they offered to send me fresh food, but nothing arrived for 90 moreminutes and when it did, it looked and tasted awful.
