This is the best Duncan in the area. My girlfriend never complains when we go to this one and she orders all of her annoying tik... tok drinks. So I'd say the staff is well trained and patient. The inside is also very clean which I greatly appreciate. Read more

Great service, super quick, very consistent. Coming from a place where Dunkin doesn't exist, this is by far my favorite location... to come to. I'm usually there every day I come to visit, and always appreciate how quickly I can get in and out. Read more
Nothing Google to say about this place ,where do I start ,only teenagers work here ,and not the good ones ,at 11 am you can't... find donughts,they always get your order wrong, they even can tell you that certain donuts ???? doesn't exist ,like chocolatefrosted cake ,this kid told me ,we never had them ,anyway haven't had any good experience on this place since they opened ,thebest place around here is the one on shorewood . The ice coffee and breakfast sandwich were great. The wait in line was long today. Not typical for this location. They have... always served great coffee and food. And, in the past, the line moved very quickly. I did see some new faces in the store today.Hopefully they will soon get back to their quick, friendly, and great service. Read more

(New) Went to Dunkin Donuts on my way to work, they had my Butternut donut, it was hard and stale! Instead of saying they don't... have any fresh they gave me a stale donut with my coffee. Needless to say, I won't be back to this location! Read more
