I've never been to Rosati's, but had the opportunity to try it for the first time in a meeting in Addison and the pizza was... great! We have a Rosati's in our area, so I thought to myself, "I'm going to start ordering from them since the pizza tastedreally good." My family and I ordered pizza from Rosati's in our neighborhood the next day and we were very disappointed. Mywife and I couldn't believe how different the pizza tasted. She also attended the meeting with me in Addison where they servedthe Rosati's pizza that was really good. The food should taste the same at every location. If the food is going to tastedifferent at each location then how can this be a franchise? Shouldn't it be consistent across every location? I liked it inAddison, but did not like it here in Shorewood. It's definitely not the same. Unfortunately, we have to find a Rosati's thatmakes pizza like the one we had in Addison. Read more
I?ve been ordering fettuccini alfredo from Rosati?s for years, usually at the Minooka location and it?s always exceptional. I... live closer to this location nowadays and decided to give it a try. This just wasn?t good at all, tasted sweet and not at alllike fettuccini alfredo should, it wasn?t appealing. I?ll have to take the longer route to Minooka Rosati?s next time aroundunfortunately. When you order something listed off of the website make sure you ask what?s on it because they don?t even make it the way it?s... described on their site. Different ingredients are used than what they say. The manager could care less when I called tocomplain that my pizza was not what was described online. The pizza wasn?t even good. Gave them a "now undeserved" second chance after they completely botched the last Chicago style pizza i ordered, wrote CLEAR... UNDERSTANDABLE INSTRUCTIONS and yet they were clearly ignored, there is no extra sauce, its not on the whole pizza, and whatsauce there is draining off the side.. they managed to mess it up 3x worse then last time, thanks for wasting my time and money,consider this the last time I get pizza or anything from your restaurant, what an absolute joke. First time having a Chicago style pizza. I have to say I was impressed. I am a big cheese fan and this was super cheesy. The... pie itself is about 2 inches thick. Price was fair. Ordered via doordash so I cannot compliment the staff enough. Read more

I ordered a pickup through door dash and when I got home I had received the wrong pizza. When I called to try and get the right... pizza the girl I talked too said I had to deal with door dash. Didn?t even offer to just make the correct pizza. I ended uphaving to get a credit and wait another hour to get pizza from somewhere else. I didn?t even want money back just the rightpizza. Read more
