The staff is friendly and the products their baristas create taste amazing. It?s just spotty sometimes when it comes to speed of... service at this location. Sometimes it quick. Sometimes it?s slow. The worst Starbucks ever! You need to hire new help. I stood in line for a good 8 minutes while your crew was hugging each other... and laughing. They thought it was funny that they ran out of the product a young girl ordered and paid for. I ordered and wastold they?re out of caramel. The lady behind me orders a Carmel drink and they proceed to make it. So they basically refused myservice after i stood in line for 8 plus minutes waiting to be acknowledged.
