Just pre order and pick up inside. Even a door dash order is quicker than the drive thru. It's great (for them) that theyre... that busy, but I'll usually go to the starbucks in target, otherwise, I have to carve out an extra 30 mins of my time to wait inthe drive thru, and that waiting space is a nightmare. I'm not sure what everyone loves about Starbucks. I needed a coffee so just decided to get one from here, was not impressed at... all. I ordered a hot coffee not a cold one. It was super cold and tasted like it was sitting there all day. Flavor was terrible,I guess I may not be a Starbucks fan. Or maybe I just need to order one if those fancy drinks. ??????? When I got there there was only one person working, so I had to wait 5 minutes before my order was taken. Another employee... showed up just as I was placing my order. Overall taste of my beverage was outstanding. Considering this isn't a Starbucks storetheir beverages taste much better than what you would typically get from say a Target Starbucks. Read more
This Starbucks is in the Jewel. Most of our drinks were good to go. One was not as good as normal. There was one lady trying to... keep up with the flow of customers, so one out of five drinks is good to me. Read more
Poor customer service and long waits are a trademark. They consistently mess up every order I place (my usual is a latte and a... pastry- you wouldn't think it would be that hard!) or flat out forget my order was made. I have been late to work several timeswaiting for food I have already paid for, but that they forgot to prepare. Don't waste your time or your money- go to the one onTheodore! Read more
Went here with my girlfriend and she ordered a honey flat white with almond milk- my girlfriend was watching and noticed the... lady put regular milk so she asked what milk she put and the lady lied. After asking why the milk was the same as mine as Idon?t have an allergy she admitted to putting the wrong milk with an attitude. My girlfriend then asked if they use the samemetal cup for mixing the coffee for regular milk and almond milk and she just yes- not even offering to use separate cups as shehas an intolerance. Won?t be going back- the lying and the attitude don?t understand when it?s on the receipt and an allergy isa serious thing. Read more
