Food was hot, fresh, and fast. Every time I visit, the order is likely to be correct - a very rare thing to find in fast food... chains. Food is more expensive for the higher quality, but still isn't anything to brag about outside other fast food chains. Read more

Trash service along with trash food. I understand it?s fast food and all but no one should ever feel rushed to place an order... especially when they put us on hold. I shouldn?t have to hear the cashier on the mic goofing off with their co workers. Surehave fun but at least maintain somewhat of a professional look right? Maybe not. Also the food that was given to me had to hadbeen sitting out well past the throw away time because it was extremely cold. Damn near stale. Didn?t even bother with it. Oh..the rewards machine is always down at this location for whatever reason. I?d avoid this location personally, at least on aSunday afternoon? maybe the other days are better. Read more

I came here last night and I ordered a large chili and a small chili with cheese on both just to get home 10 mins later and... realize the cheese isn't melted. I pulled them out of the bag and felt no heat coming from them and they were literally cold. Ifthe chili wasn't hot they should've told me that. Don't just give someone cold food and think that's ok. I ordered a small coffee, medium pop, cheeseburger, and a double cheeseburger. The young man at the register said back to me, a... small coffee, a medium drink and what else? I said a cheeseburger and a double cheeseburger. Ok I paid. I got napkins, and astraw, and walking back to my table. The lady called out my number. I took the bag and went to my table. The foil on the burgerwas cold, I checked my burger with my finger, it was cold .I took it back saying my burgers are cold. The lady said I just madethem. Even if you put them in a microwave for 1 or 2 minutes, it's still cold. You need to teach customer service, ASAP. I havebeen in customer service all my life. If my customer says their burger is cold, I will make them a new one. Or at least put itin the microwave, so it's hot, not cold!! Read more

Incompetent trash. I ordered 2 burgers. Had to repeat it. They still only entered 1 burger. I went to the window and was... told the manager wouldn't let them change orders at the window, although it was their mistake. So I went back through andordered more food and left??????? Read more

Well, I think the reviews speak for themselves. We get to the drive thru and we need a second. Then after maybe 20-40 seconds... another girl answers and she?s rudely asking if we have questions and we take that as rushing. Why rush and we say our order andyou?re too busy rushing to get it right. Her attitude was the worst at the location. White girl blonde hair???????? Read more
