As we waited for our order, we noticed several very liberal political messages posted on... the walls, including a trans flag, pride flag, BLM sign, and pronouns on each employee's profile. I usually love my coffee here but lately? even the americano is like dirty water and no flavor It?s expensive and when you pay... for a coffee here you should at least want to drink it :( I wouldn?t say anything but the time before this they had no water sothere was nothing they capsule make ?.. after waiting for nearly 15 minutes. Disappointing! Not their fault about the water butit?s been so bad lately what?s going on?! Is it new management? I will say that the customer service is still very good becausethey?re very kind and that?s important but to spend the time before work to stop for a coffee only for it to taste awful is alet down, an expensive let down.
