Strong coffee, and stronger politics. As we waited for our order, we noticed several very liberal political messages posted on... the walls, including a trans flag, pride flag, BLM sign, and pronouns on each employee's profile. I usually love my coffee here but lately? even the americano is like dirty water and no flavor It?s expensive and when you pay... for a coffee here you should at least want to drink it :( I wouldn?t say anything but the time before this they had no water sothere was nothing they capsule make ?.. after waiting for nearly 15 minutes. Disappointing! Not their fault about the water butit?s been so bad lately what?s going on?! Is it new management? I will say that the customer service is still very good becausethey?re very kind and that?s important but to spend the time before work to stop for a coffee only for it to taste awful is alet down, an expensive let down. Hands down my favorite Caribou. They got jokes and riddles. They make The Best drinks. They bring The Good Vibes(tm) every... single time. I love this crew and I always make sure to stop by when I work to reinvigorate my spirit. Keep it up, y'all! Read more

$14 Roth of wrong drinks on top of a 20 min drive thru wait. Honestly, I?m not nearly as mad at the wait as I am having spent $7... per drink on triple shot caramel lattes only to have received literally 2 cups of milk. MILK. And you don?t realize it until youcan drink it in 20 minutes. So unbelievably frustrating. Read more
Very disorganized, incorrect or incomplete coffee orders. 3 week in a row I've gotten the wrong latte. Newer staff so that is... the issue but they need more training and to slow down for accuracy. Read more
Friendly service and good coffee. Store has a nice amount of seating with reasonable space between tables.
