Quality of the items is generally great each time. Black coffee is solid, bagels & breakfast sandwiches are great. Have had a... couple workers have an oddly bad attitude with me, but I worked positions like this and know that it?s complete garbage to workhalf the time, so I try not to get annoyed. Really hope they?re paid a living wage. The thing I can?t get past: the prices. I?msorry, but I just should not be paying $30 for 2 drinks and a couple pieces of what is essentially (yes, amazing) bread. Goodstuff, but yowza take it easy on the prices. Oddly, my plain black coffee has been forgotten 9/10 times I?ve been here, and havehad to ask for it, and it?s quickly been handed over. Just a little odd. Overall, I?m going to keep coming back but cut back onprices and you?ll win over the city. Read more
Honestly the food is good but the service here sucks. There are so many people working behind the counter and all but one of... them was SUPER rude to customers. They all look like they have no idea what they?re doing. When calling out names for the orderthe girl working was whispering. They put out our food we asked three times if it was our order and was ignored, one of thetimes they said it was for someone completely different, and then finally asked us if we were still waiting for our order?? Hear me out - I love bagels. They are the prized breakfast treat, if you ask me. I was way less than impressed with my Einstein... creation - soggy bagel, and unripe tomato. I don?t know a sane person that would do such horror to a perfectly good bagel. Had Iknown that the sandwich would suffer so much on the 6 minutes home I would have just ordered a plain bagel and enjoyed it. Read more
Very nice and cozy location. Highlight is definitely the Caribou Coffee menu which is great and not around much these days. Plus... got a free cookie for taking a short survey while I sipped my coffee. Read more
Lost my order, took about 30 minutes in total when I ordered in store. Where super nice about it but took forever.
