Colectivo is addictive! I enjoy their coffee and every breakfast or lunch item I?ve ordered here. The pumpkin cranberry muffin... is absolutely amazing. It?s always extremely moist, it melts in your mouth!!! The staff is always very nice. I?ve had a brokenleft ankle and sprained right ankle. The curbside service ended awhile back. However, they have been so accommodating andhelpful. The staff has told me to call ahead of time so they can bring what I?ve ordered to my car. Always solid coffee & food. The veggie frittata croissant is delish!

The main challenge with this location is parking. That's not a dig against colectivo, it's just a statement of fact. The... atmosphere is nice, relaxed, and the services friendly. This location is my least favorite of the ones I?ve frequented. They mess up my drink probably about 75% of the time, and I... don?t have a complicated order. I order the same drink every time (for over 2 years), it?s a menu item with no changes orsubstitutions. Yet somehow they manage to mess it up. Sometimes they use the wrong milk, sometimes the cup is only about 1/2-2/3full, sometimes it just has no flavor. And if we take it back to have it fixed, it?s always a problem. The bad customer serviceexperiences have ranged from the baristas just not being happy to fix it to one of them actually arguing with me telling me Ijust didn?t know what the drink was supposed to taste like because ?other locations must be making it wrong?. We?ve triedtalking to management about how often the drinks are messed up and it hasn?t made a difference. Also it?s just not a nice placeto sit because the music is so loud it feels like a club. A nice place for coffee and a snack. There is plenty of seating inside and out. Good for people watching. The food and coffee... were as good as the Bay View store. Accessibility wasn't a problem. However, there isn't an automatic door opener so people whouse wheelchairs, mobility scooters, or strollers will have to ask someone to hold the door or wrestle the door open yourself. Read more
