The service sucked today. The server DAVID who was working at 8:15PM taking orders was extremely rude to my mom. She said she... didn?t want ketchup on her chicken sandwich (she misunderstood him) and he rudely interrupted and said ?I didn?t say ketchup?.Very short and snappy at the drive through. They gave us pretty runny ice cream so we asked for a fresh one and David said ?Imade that one already?. I?ve never had a Culvers worker get mad at me for asking for less melted ice cream and we?ve been goinghere for 5+ years. This is the first bad experience I?ve had and I hope it doesn?t continue to be this way. Read more
Nothing better than chili cheese fries (or just chili if watching carbs), and the Wisconsin Swiss melt, with a hot fudge sundae.... And then a walk or jog is needed but we?ll worth it (jogging before the meal may not be bad either). Restaurant is clean, greatstaff, always smiling. Drive thru can get busy, especially Thursdays and Fridays for dinner. Read more

This is where I typically go when living in Milwaukee. I will miss it now that I?m back in the east coast. Also the first time... I?ve gotten a burger and I must say it was very good. I got the steakhouse pub burger with mushrooms and it was great! Justsharing this I?m ready for another. The service was great it cashier was very patient with us and ensured he got our ordercorrect. Customer Service is GREAT, the food is available quickly, and everything is delicious. Family highly recommends the onion rings,... but that only means their onion rings are better than anyone else's. Their fries are also wonderful. Read more
Their Butterburgers are delicious. It's also nice to have a choice of sides besides fries; I often substitute the cheese curds.... Just as important, the staff is always friendly and helpful, and they're always open when they say they're open. One particularfast food place nearby, though a national chain, only seems to be open when the rude employees feel like working ... and that'snot very often. Culver's has never let me down. Can never go wrong with Culver's! You've got to try the veggie burger, it's so filling and satisfying. There was a bit of... commotion when one of the customers complained about waiting for his drinks, and the employees were really mature about handlingthe situation.
