We had a great experience at Benihana. Service was a bit slow but we went at peak hours so that was expected. Shout out to our... chef( ELI) for being super lively and showing us his cool skills. Quantity for a 5 course meal was plentiful. Atmosphere :?????????? Quantity : ?????????? Price: ???????? Quality: ?????????? I question the credibility of those who gave bad reviews of this Benihana. People who plan to come dine here must have an open... mind and be understanding that service cannot be perfect at all times. One Saturday evening, my family and I noticed that eachserver tried so hard to accommodate every request from each customer. Keep in mind, each table has an avg of 8-10 people. Sojust imagine if each person at every table asked for something. Each servers looked very tired and we understood why. If youplan to come dine here and expect a Michelin rated service or expect to have a "manicured, one snap instant service," gosomewhere else. You definitely won't get those at this restaurant. During my time with my family, it was hectic and weunderstood because it was a Saturday night. And yes we had to wait a little while because obviously the crew had to assemble andprepare our food and ingredients. The servers were attentive and accommodating to our request. The food was excellent, flavorfuland cooked to perfection esp the steak . The chef's presentation was entertaining. My family and I will definitely come back. Read more

I always know what to expect at Benihana from my first time in the mid 1980 till today 2022 (many locations). It’s always a... fun and an entertaining food cooking show. It’s not as glamour as it used to be, but I love that it’s consistent with foodshow, volcano onion, and heart pounding fried rice always make me smile. I appreciate people who work there for they seemsunderstaff. Read more
We had 6:45 pm reservations on 2/20/2022 and had to wait an additional 30 minutes because they were behind per the staff. I... gave 4 stars because a front staff person in Benihana was rude but once we were finally were seated we had a great Server naneJose and the Chef was great!!! They made the wait worth it. Chef Eli and server Cindy were a hospitality dream team the likes of which haven't been seen since the likes of Mrs Doubtfire.... The level of service provided to us and our wonderful table mates brought tears to every eye. Keep up the good work, Champs:) Sincerely, William Read more
