I order food and the person taken the order could not get my address correct from the beginning. I told her 5 times . Then... after and 1 hour the driver calls and said I'm out side i m now standing outside and no one is there . I call the driver andhe's at an address 10 min away . I call them and advised the person on what's going on and she could not get the address correct i not sure what her issuse is so after 2 hours of waiting i had to cancel the order and get my money back. So sad i like thisplace but it's going down hill . Read more

Good pizza but rude staff. On there phone personal calls and u stand there waiting. So your saying a customer should wait while... your employee is on a personal call. Dumbest response ever from an owner unless you were the one on the phone. Keep your pizzaplenty of other good places Read more
Ordered a pizza for delivery via their website. After an hour, I called to find out where it was and they told me it was on its... way. At the hour and 30 minute mark I called again and they couldn’t find my order and told me it was my own fault forordering delivery, as their delivery is unreliable. No apology at all. Pizza finally showed up after an hour and 40 minutes,cold (of course). It’s just not worth ordering from here, unless you feel like being hungry, aggravated and eating cold pizza. Read more
CUSTOMER SERVICE: ZERO. Literally the absolute worst customer service that I have ever encountered in my life. RECOMMENDATION:... NEVER PLACE A DELIVERY ORDER with these people if you plan on eating within three hours from the time you call. They areextremely rude. They lie about delivery attempts being made and will claim that they delivered a paid food to another office inthe building. They literally take "NO CONTACT DELIVERY" to a new level. Your food will literally never make contact withyou. I know a little something about "Brooklyn Pizza" having grown up part of my youth in Brooklyn, New York. Brooklyn Pizza inShort Hills, NJ makes some decent pizza.They have an extensive menu as well and the food is actually not bad. Just whatever youdo do not ever call in a delivery. Pickups are better. I have now had multiple deliveries either not make it to me or make it tome very late with items missing from an order. Their staff is not quick to accept or recognize errors or mistakes so you willend up paying for stuff you did not get and have to argue with them about it. This can be extraordinarily frustrating. I WILLNO LONGER PATRONIZE BROOKLYN PIZZA. As of today, they have lost me as a customer permanently. Today they claimed to havedelivered my already paid and tipped order to the wrong office on a different floor in a relatively large office building andliterally left me to figure out which secretary at whatever company signed for my food. Three hours later and I still do notknow what is going on. I called them and they would not accept responsibility for their errors and turned this matter aroundblaming me and said that their driver delivered the food to a secretary who said she would get it to me. Ordered pizza several hours ahead of time for a small birthday party. Pizza showed up 1 hour late and cold. Their pizza is very... good, but hard to say it was worth the wait. I will try them again b/c the pizza is tasty, but lots of other good pizza placesin the area. I called in the order, so it's not a grubhub delivery person thing. Read more
This place went above and beyond to provide outstanding customer service. They were not even officially open for the day and... they offered to make a fresh pizza of my choice, just for a single slice. This has never happened before and made my experiencethat much better. Most places are trying to push old Pizza, not this place. I went with a Margherita Slice which was $4 even,which is one of the most expensive slices in the county, but they delivered a slice that was made with fresh ingredients. Thesweer sauce was the star of the show. It was so good that it carried the rest of the Pizza ,which had a solid cheese and crust.Thjs could be a Sleeper for the 2021 Tournament of Pizza on the Pizza Hunters App. Read more
Delivery on a Sat night took 1 hr 40 mins, nowhere near the expected 60-75 at the most. Called for an update but all they could... say was it was “on its way” . After 20 mins called back again but they never answered. Besides the wait, they didn’t readmy husbands note of not including ranch dressing in his buffalo pizza. Read more
