The wait wasn?t too long but when we went they had a mishap with the freezer so we couldn?t order fries. I loved my vegan... chili! Everyone else said their meal was ok. The server was really friendly & funny. Read more
Overall, the quality of the food didn't taste up to par with what we were used to from the place, but still tasted good... nonetheless. I will say, at least everything was hot and wasn't cooled down unlike previous stories we've heard. The taste wasgood and for the price point, it was reasonable. Read more

The dishes and service levels have changed tremendously. We have tried to order different dishes in hopes that it may have been... our selection, but everything from the glam burgers to the appetizers to lunch specials and pasta dishes - too greasy,undercooked, overcooked, not seasoned well, thrown together in the dish, etc. We do not mind a higher check for a meal, butlast several weeks have been falling intensely short of the usual CCF expectations and paying $30 for lunch that I will not takemore than a few distasteful bites is disappointing. Another friend found an uninvited guest in her house salad and did notrealize until after she had finished most of it. It is in a great location and bar area is fun to dine, but the dishes are notwhat they used to be for some reason. Recommending Ruth Chris or Legal Seafood, also on premises. Read more
Nice complete menú of eclectic international and american food and drinks. The food and drinks are always consistent, and the... service is top notch. The menú has calorie counts for both food and drinks, and they have a superb "Skinnylicious" food anddrinks offering. The weekend wait time however is horrendous. Lunchtime wait is around 30 to 45 minutes, and expect a 2 hourwait if you arrive after 6pm on weekends. The wait time is no better during the week either. Wait time during the week isbetween no wait to 30 minutes for lunch and 1hr. for dinner. Sometimes if you are lucky you are seated right away during theweek. Read more
The food was so so good, and the service was fantastic. Shoutout to our servers who attended our huge 14-party table and made... the experience wonderful. We all got different entrees but mine was the best! I ordered the cheesy French onion dip burger. Ittastes incredible and I couldn't stop eating lol. Portions are generous and we had to take several bags of food home. And a HUGEthank you to the lovely manager in the pink shirt who came and asked us about our experience. He went through all the tables anddid that with all guests - truly a class act and a gentleman and a great sense of humor. We went on October 30th right after ourvisit to Terhune Orchards and we were so glad we chose Cheesecake Factory. Thank you to the lovely servers and staff for a greatexperience. We appreciate y'all!
