Doors were locked at 4pm. No sign on the door and no employees in sight.
One star only because it wouldn't allow me to post without at least 1 star. Top to bottom this was the worst food/service... experience I have had since Methuselah. Literally ONE order at a time. They could not even run a new order on the registeruntil the FIVE people in the back (along with 2 mangers) filled each order. Then they lost our (and another man's order)altogether. When I asked about our order 20 minutes later, I was told by one of the managers that they had to drop the fish Iordered..... You guessed it.... The fish was cold and dried out from being in the warming oven so long. So not only did theymisplace our ticket.... MANAGEMENT then lied to my face and apparently thought I would believe her. We ate it because we feltwe had no choice. We were already behind schedule and I couldn't take more of my time to wait for them to fix it. So there youhave it....this Burger King is so far below any star rating it is absurdly ridiculous. Read more
Same as many other reviews. Being a truck driver we can not pull into drive thru's so we depending on being able to walk into an... establishment to order food. When the only other businesses that surround your restaurant in a one mile radius is a hotel, gasstation and TWO truck stops. It would only make sense to keep the lobby open a bit longer for your main source of revenue TRUCKDRIVERS. Even more so AT LEAST. Follow what your business hours sign says... lobby open till 10:00pm. The promotion that they have active is not applied and when asked, they claim they have to ask the manager. They do not care... about their customer service which explains why the bathrooms are so filthy with no soap or toilet paper. This place trulydeserves a 0 star. Read more
I went to get a single double chz burger and they did have a sign 7am to 7pm operations hours and they had the lobby door by 6pm... walk to the drive up and they refused to hamburger and told me they only serving fry chicken or fish... 1st time I have ever hadthis happen never again I will stop there Read more
From making you pull up behind the window so you can't see your prepared food getting cold to an ability to not even make your... meal a large. This burger King is a joke. They are never staffed and there is no wondering why because the management to which Imean the general and regional management seems to not treat employees with enough respect to keep the around. The turnover rateis ridiculous so now nobody can take a simple order. The food is raw with the new manager. Great job by cooperate yet again. Read more
