I'm a trucker and I've stopped here about 3 times now in the past several months.. I've received good food and service 2 out of... 3 times.. today tipped the scale as I was promptly waited on and the guy taking my order was super attentive to what I wantedand I got my order quickly and correct as it wasn't very busy.. today I ordered the original philly cheese steak and frieswithout lettuce and pickle.. it was cooked properly as well as the fries.. very tasty.. if only they were consistent with thistype of service and food.. 10 stars!!! Erica was super sweet and very good at her job. I haven't had a server out here on the road as nice as her. Food is... soooooo good!!! Absolute must stop for drivers and anyone else out here. Read more
Best food me and my father's had since being in Alabama
The food was good. But some of the staff was very unprofessional. A customer that was in front of me had an issue with his food... and the lady in the back was yelling about it. She said "PEOPLE NEED TO BE MORE SPECIFIC" very loudly. So I was the next toorder and I had my grandmother with me. My grandma was sitting down and she had the receipt. So when they called my number Iwasn't sure if it was me so I kindly asked the lady what was the order and she said "I don't know what your ticket number is". Ididn't respond but I was thinking I know you don't know what my ticket number is. So at this point I don't want to talk to herand ask no more questions. But we got our food and I was missing fries but thankfully someone else helped me with that. Oursandwiches were cooked to perfection. And they were so big that we needed a fork. So as I'm walking up there the same lady thatI spoke with earlier is giving me this evil stare. She was "WHAT ELSE DO YOU NEED MAAM". I said can I have two forks and twoknives please? She told someone else to give it to me. So I go to my seat and we are eating and I look over at the menu becauseI wanted some ice cream but I notice that same lady is giving me this evil stare. So I was nervous and I didn't get the icecream. Then she starts talking to her co workers and now another person is looking my way. I felt so uncomfortable that I cut meand my grandmother's lunch short and we were visiting from out of town. I couldn't help but think why does she have a hugeproblem with me. The staff failed to acknowledge our existence for a solid 5 minutes or so and we were about to leave when they magically made... eye contact. We were expecting bad food based on the cashier's attitude but the food was as good as another popular phillychain. Would go to again in spite of the service and somewhat questionable location. Had the bold BBQ boneless wings and they were large and very tasty. I liked that they cooked to order.....we will stop on our... way home......A+ Read more
Food is great, place is clean. Connected to TA truckstop. Got the refular phily and cheese fries. Nothing better!
