Not bad...occasionally a rude person is hired but they don't hang around long. It's important to just be nice and professional... at the drive thru speaker and window. I know it my not be the job you hoped for but stay positive and a better one may come. Read more

I had a review I don't know where it went but the lady at the drive thro working at 1145pm that didn't want to take my order at... the drive thro after I switch lines 3 times was the most disrespectful human I met for no reason she ignored my order told me towait and she continued to take others orders. I then tell the lady you told me to wait 4 times she then replied no i told youtwice.and continued to ignore me. first time in Alabama and it will be the last. My last time ever purchasing anything fromMcDonald's and I will share this experience because after driving 12 hours and wanting something to eat and not being able tocause everything is closing. Her customer service is poor and her attitude is nasty I don't have her name but the McDonald's infront of the days in and hooters the lady working at 1145 you need to a different job where you can be nasty. I WILL NEVER EVERCOME TO MCDONALD'S NOR WILL MY FRIENDS. Read more

If could give negative star I would. The ladies here was VERY rude AND HATEFUL. And gave me soggy cold hash browns. The lobby... was nasty. At this point? I?m DONE spending my money with this company. They DO NOT care about hiring people with good attitudesso why should I spend my HARD EARNED MONEY. Currently headed to Chic-fa-la where I?m appreciated. This visit was perfectly on point. I went through the Drive-Thru during lunch hours. Quick and accurate service, polite staff... and chicken sandwich was served hot and crispy with the right amount of ingredients. Iced mocha was cold and fresh. Even thepresentation in the bag and the way everything was wrapped/placed was perfect. (Let's admit greasy bags can be unappetizing andsometimes napkins/straws are forgotten/dirty, but this was not the case). I wish I knew the names of the employees to shout out,but suffice it to say, this shift was awesome. Read more

It was the worst experience I have ever had with a mobile order. Was traveling with 4 teenagers. Did a mobile order. Web site... said open 24 hours. Place order at 11:40 PM. Pushed I'm here. Went to pick up order. Doors locked and closes at 11:45. Paid fororder online no food and no way to get my money back. Call restaurant next day to see to why. Manager to lie to me and say wewere open and if an mobile order was placed we would have fixed it, because she closed that night. I then explained to themanager that I talked and asked one employee that was on the outside and she informed me that they was closed and I asked herhow can I get my money back. She said I would have to call in the morning and talk to a manager. She returned back in therestaurant, lights then was turned off and 2 employees later returned exiting the restaurant before 12:00. Call restaurant nextday and the manager begin to tell me a lie and so many words said I wasn't telling the truth. The manager then a few minuteslater call me back and wanted to apologise. Offer to fix the food that I already paid for and had to do without that nighttraveling while passing through with 4 hungry teenagers. Then drove to the next open places that was open off the interstate wasAuburn, Al. The only thing that was offered to me was my own food that I paid for and did not get the next time I come in. Front counter person was disinterested. Literally walked away saying "y'all don't know what you want ", while I was reading the... menu board. The food was adequate. The lobby needed cleaning, so we ate in our car. We were a long way from home, and canusually trust McDonalds for a quick bite. We should have opted to eat at the Loves truck stop. Read more

The workers definitely need to have training. I'm showing the cashier the coupon on my phone and she's telling me I have to... order it online when it clearly says show to cashier. So finally after politely showing her the phone her manager came over toeducate her on how to enter a coupon code. While I'm waiting in line I see several people keep bringing orders that stayingthere wrong. And all honestly my chicken sandwich was burnt and my fries were cold. One of the worst experiences at any McDonald's I have ever visited. We visited Love's travel stop for gas. We ordered chicken... sandwiches through the app. This was at 1:21 pm. We were very patient at the pick up area, as we watched the flies buzz allaround. Many, many people picked up their food before us, even people that ordered after us. I assured my kids that the beepsgoing off were the fryers cooking our food. This was only ten minutes in. After 20 minutes of waiting (while my bag sat right infront of the workers) a worker finally spoke to me. After this, it took them 10 more minutes for them to get me my order. We hopin the car and take off to try to make up for lost time. Upon opening the burgers, we notice that they had given us 2 doublecheeseburgers instead of two chicken sandwiches we had ordered. The one chicken sandwich we did receive had burnt bread. It wasalso spicy... We did not order spicy. The fries were as cold and old as could be. So it took us 30 minutes to receive theincorrect order. The workers were not very nice. I sure wish I could give this 0 stars, because I sure would. Pass by this placeand don't even stop.
