I would suggest that you keep past this one, and go to the new one just a few exits east.... When we walked in, there were... artwork people inside with complaints. Don't bother stopping! Got charged 34.99 and I'm missing biscuits and mashed potatoes. Everyone seemed to be confused about what... their job was. 2 people were in there before me correcting their order. I've called them several times and the phone is off thehook. KEEP DRIVING! Read more
Stood in line for over 5 minutes, as the only customer in the lobby before being told "I'll be with you in a moment" they had... one order on the screen from the drive thru. Rude as ever when they finally took the order. Waited another 20 minutes for thefood to be served. Food wasn't even hot when I got it. Read more
Should have read the reviews first. Lol. Never even Made it to the intercom to order. I only waited like 10 min before pulling... off. The truck stop has better food and service. They have absolutely everything you need. Don't support this Popeye's theydon't support you!!!! Read more
Restaurant right next to a truck stop, yet they only allow drive thru service only. I really hope you just shut down, and I... would love it if no drivers delivered products to you. The rest of the country has gone back to work, so if you can't just closethe restaurant. This half open stuff is getting real old. 5/12/2022 Place wasn't busy but they got my order wrong TWICE!! Person before me order was wrong as well and I'm telling you... what I want and u give me something else! No morale and didn't wanna make anymore mac n cheese and know they need to do freshfries!! Attention to detail is much needed along with better personnel!! Waited 20 mins in line and was told we had to still hold on before ordering. So my work partner went inside where he had to... wait another 10 mins. I went next door to the Burger King where the drive in lady said I had to come inside to order Foodbecause she was too busy to take my order. Idk who owns these two locations but the service is a joke, and it wasn?t even therush lunch hours. Fast food no longer exists unless its Chik fil-A I guess . Read more
