Family friendly, great for couples too. Extremely creative and extensive menu! I had the Chile crispy which defies... description. The seafood, the bacon wrap, the sauce!! I requested salad instead of the rice and beans and it was well servedalso with lots of various greens, tomatoes and cucumbers! They even clean the cucumbers of the seeds. Good food, nice atmosphere, convenient location, good service and great drinks. Love the fresh, handmade tortillas and fries ice... cream. Prices though... Our lunch for three with two drinks and two desserts was $120+ with tip. That just seems a bit much.It's not like we had expensive cuts of meat or anything like that? Just basic Mexican dishes. So, I am honestly disappointed. When they first opened there wait times would take up to two hours? but I understand for a new... business you have to work out the kinks. Then on one occasion my husband order the mushrooms and shrimp dish and they broughthim out a completely different meal then even when we informed them they did nothing to fix it a still charged us for the mealhe didn?t order. It?s been awhile since that incident that we had been back, but yesterday was my birthday and they do havereally good messy cajun shrimp so we figured we would give it a third chance. When they served me my half pound of messy shrimpI opened up the bag a they had served me rotten potatoes. My Server seen it and acknowledged that the potatoes were rotten tookmy food back. After waiting for an hour and a half for our food to arrive in the first place. They did not even seem to care. Soneedless to say I didn?t eat. They didn?t even say sorry, just wow! Went for the Taco Tuesday. Great warm chips and very good salsa. Good spicy not on fire! Ordered a 3 combination dinner. Had a... crispy shredded beef taco, meat enchilada with rice and beans. Excellento! Now, I ALWAYS check out relleno. Sorry wasn't happywith it. No fresh green chilli. Was like a pancake egg thing and U fishy smell and taste. Left it alone. Told my brother a fewweeks ago and he also tasted the fish. Must use the same fish grease or oil. Whatevah, nevermore. We also had a Margarita andthey were both excellent! Strawberry and Peach. Great taste and not extra sweet. Kinda like the punch Maggie at another Mexicanrestaurant. We'll be back for that. Prices are acceptable. Saw they have a large selection of beers also. Been all around the Mexican food places in Show Low and this was one of the best, at least for our first visit. Margs were... solid, food was excellent, service good, and large portions for a good price. The Barria Tacos were the highlight for me! Read more
