My burger was cold...not warm but cold enough to lift the cheese slices off the burger patty. I should have seen the set up as... I opted for the empty drive thru and parking lot as I was waiting in the slow McDonald's drive-thru next door. Never again. NowI know why this place is never busy. Did not get to order food sat in drive thru for twenty min waiting to order with no one saying anything pull around to window... told they were in the middle of shift change and wanted me to get back in line behind six other people even though I was therefirst. The food was actually good and hot this time. And the staff was extremely friendly and professional. This use to be the Burger... King I would avoid even though it's the closest to me because the staff was rude and the wait would be long only to receive coldfood, but this time my experience was very good. Keep it BK!!! We haven't ate at this Burger King in years due to poor service. After multiple remodels and a few years, this Burger King was... exceptional, by means of drive-thru service. The parking lot and building appeared clean with a drive-thru menu that wasfunctional. Our drive-thru operator was very pleasant and professional. We received our food in a reasonable time and it washot. Once we got home & opened our food, we were left a little disappointed. Very little salt on the fries, the fries went coldpretty quick. Our order of jalapeño poppers was not spicy and tasted doughy, as if the outside dough is fried but inside layerwas not. Our sodas was refreshing, our whoppers were made correctly & tasted delicious. It is worth a visit if you haven't beenhere in a long time. A nice change of pace from the other hamburger joints on Pines Road. Read more
I was the only car in the drive through, 10 minutes to get order, window cashier was less than enthused to be doing her job, and... then the assembly of my chicken sandwich looked to have been done by a five year old. there was a dab of barely spread mayo, andthe lettuce was sparse, wilted and looked to be old. and while I'm at it, the soda machine is awful. nothing tastes as itshould. I am 48 years old. I worked at this location when I was in high school. Burger King is my favorite Fast Food Burger whenits done right. It is sad to see the poor quality.
