So I just visited this BK about 5 minutes ago. Let me tell you how some of my black folk be acting. She was rude on the intercom... like she couldn?t understand what I said. So when I get to the window she sticks her head before I get there, I guess I wasmoving too slow. So when I get to the window she didn?t even speak. She gave me my drink and told me to pull up to the yellowline the fries were dropped fresh, or whatever the Burger King line is for fresh fries?my food came out in 2 minutes. Wow, thoseare magical fresh fries cause that was quick. Fries WERE NOT FRESH and neither was the bacon nor the bread or the meat. I hope Idon?t get sick ???? I tried calling but no answer. Fish sandwiches and onion rings were not fresh at all. It was a bit ghetto because leader was screaming stuff. Good location.

The food was great as always, but the customer service is horrible... Would have had great experience at the one on greenwood... rd... but this one on Line Ave... they are RUDE rude... I almost told that woman to stick that whopper meal all the way up her@-- , but I paid for it thru the app... they need some training on how to talk to customers. Julio Montoz needs anger management and customer service training. I wish a Zero Star was available for rating Mr. Montoz.... Because a 1 Star is too much. Burger King Corporation should fire him ASAP and never allow him to work at any location in anystate. I encountered Julio Montoz on Wednesday, August 31, 2022 at 11:07am at the Burger King located at 1733 Line Avenue inShreveport when I ordered lunch at the front counter. Mr. Montoz was very rude and disrespectful! He became very angry when myorder was incorrect. Mr. Montoz grabbed my burgers and fries from the counter like a mad man and threw them away. I was neverdiscourteous or rude to him. I simply stated my order was incorrect and he blew a fuse. Julio Montoz should never work with thepublic. If BK allows him to stay they will lose customers. And I would not want to be an employee working with Mr. Montoz. Withthe awful way he treats customers I can?t begin to imagine how he treats the employees. Read more

The food is good enough for me to keep coming back and the staff are usually friendly. Other than that, I have issues with the... fact they seem to close early at random. I?m within walking distance and since I usually just walk to get there, I would expectto be able to sit in the lobby. Especially at 5pm, but no, their lobby was closed at this time, yet the place was still open.I?ve also ordered from them on doordash, and I?ve been told they were closed despite already ordering from them?at 7pm. A littleweird for them to close that much earlier than they?re supposed to. Read more

I have personally found this place to be very friendly. They went out of their way to get to know me as well as what I like to... order. Because I am a regular there I get intermittent perks even without using their app. They say. Here ya go babe. Come seeus again. When I get my food handed to me. Sometimes they do make mistakes in my food order but those things are easily lookedover by their excellent service. I really like the experience of going here. They really value their customers in my opinion. Read more

According to my kids the food was good. I personally did not eat. The place in general was dirty, tables were filthy, coke... machines were dirty , floors were all sticky. The staff was very polite and helpful. Read more
