Good food ,,need more smile from the gentlemen who's taking the order.
Delicious. Quick. Large portion sizes. Did I mention delicious. I usually get the General Tso chicken and have never been let... down, which is amazing considering I have ordered it over a 100 times during the last 5-10 years. Great fried rice and eggrolls, way better than most other restaurants I have tried. Recently had the steamed dumplings and they were quite tasty. Theowners are nice and overall this is one of my favorite places for picking up food. Food is usually ready in 10-15 minutes afterordering. I will come here for as long as I live in Shreveport. I usually do not write reviews. I ordered a chicken chow mein combo via waitr. I received the fried rice and egg roll but I... don’t know what else I received. This doesn’t appear to be chicken chow mein and it smelled bad. I get that things happenand that items are out of stock or whatever, but this was ridiculous. I probably will never order here again. The owners of this business are the nicest. They go out of their way to make the customer happy! Their driver was out sick and... they offered to deliver the food themselves! We went to pick it up instead, but we appreciated the customer service so much! Thefood is always fresh and hot, and always tastes good! Read more
I've eaten China Dragon's food for a decade. The owners are friendly and professional. It's a family owned business, and the... food is consistently very good!! Special orders, no onions, extra onions, no garlic, etc. are not a problem. Delivery is fastand prices are reasonable. This is my "go-to" Chinese restaurant! Read more
I had a problem with several things with this store. There was a man at the counter occupied with something when we walked in.... He greeted us, but abruptly told us several times to have a seat without first asking what we wanted. We weren't dining, butjust doing a to-go order. He took a bag of orders and quickly left the store, I'm assuming to deliver. A woman came out and tookour orders. She was not very pleasant. We sat and waited, and the time to get our big order was pretty quick. But just when mymom was about to ask her a question, she quickly went to the back. Her behavior was very dismissive, but I tried not to takeoffense as I considered this was just their culture. We took the bags to our car to review, and we were confused in where ourother entree was. We ordered a 2-entree deal of sweet and sour chicken, and the other, the shrimp with garlic sauce. I went tothe store and the lady said that the entrees were together in ONE bowl. I knew my mom was not going to like this becuase shewants her chicken by itself rather than being soggy and wet with the flavor altered by the other entree. So, the Entree deal askind of misleading. Our Shrimp fried rice box was stapled down. While I appreciate the attempt to secure it, I didn't like thisbecause there was one other time I accidentally bit a staple found in my rice from another Chinese food store. Shrimp &Broccoli had a very weird taste. Half of the sweet & sour chicken was soggy and wet after taking it apart. I hate that shecouldn't enjoy all of it but only a fw. They do deliver, but she told me the orders have to be over $20 to $25 with atip. Don't think I'll go back. Read more
This place is pretty good for the price. Delivery was super affordable and the meals weren’t too high either. Kung pao chicken... was tasty and the fried rice was decent too. General Tsos chicken didn’t have much spice at all, which was disappointing butit was still flavorful. The soups could have been hotter, even considering the delivery time but nothing a quick warmingcouldn’t fix. The delivery driver was friendly enough and quite punctual.
