Ordered a pizza for carry out, waiting 5 extra 5 minutes to go pick it up because I know this location is usually slow. I get to... the store, wait at the pick up window for almost 20 minutes before even having the window opened. The girl who opens the windowjust stares at me and say ?name? and that?s the only word she said the whole interaction. I called to let the manager know thatme and 3 other cars just waited that long, he initial response was ?okay?. And then after I pause in frustration for a few secsshe then says ?well I do apologize sir? in the most insincere way possible. This store used to be a very good location, but thelast few months has been absolutely garbage. I never complain about service because I get it, it can be stressful as hell, butthis location is just repeatedly a let down. Read more

Worst pizza ever. Not the first ime we have used this Domino's location but it is surely the last time. Took well over an hour... to get order. No driver avail we were told. Save your money and go to a real restaurant. Read more
Today I placed a mobile order at 11:15pm (45 minutes before close) I then got a notification in app that my order had been... canceled to contact the store for further questions. I call the first time and the phone was answered, then silence then I washung up on about 10 seconds later. I called back after that and got an answer from a store employee who said ?we don?t have anydelivery drivers? I said that?s fine I?ll come pick it up and he said hold on let me talk to my manager. The manager picks upthe phone and says that they have turned off the ovens for the night to get cleaned?. 45 minutes before close. Today I had a horrific experience with Laneysha.. She led me to believe I was being helped, an Order I placed at 1:20pm took... till 2:30pm to get any response back just to let me know the order had been cancelled because the drivers don?t drive till theevening. I thought this was absurd, but it didn?t phase me they didn?t have drivers, I understand, things happen, people calloff. But more than an hour just for that as a response genuinely frustrated me. I kept telling my 2 kids, 12 yrs and 15 yr oldstarving daughters the food is coming soon honey, and their face would open up with a smile, but unfortunately the peoplerunning this shop clearly don?t know how to run it, and aren?t very well at communicating. I will provide a brief transcript ofthe phone call that unfolded. Laneysha: Domino- (unintelligible) order? Me: Hi, Good Afternoon. I placed an order about an hourago; the app isn?t giving me an update so I just wanted to call and check up Laneysha: uh? we?re ?.. cancellation, we have nodrivers till 4:30. Well we got one but uh? he leaving pretty soon Me: I have my two daughters I can?t leave them at home, wouldbe by chance be able to send out that driver? I placed an order today, I waited an hour and my food got delivered somewhere else so they said they where going to remake it.... So I had to wait another hour but I would of been okay had my food been made right. Not sure what happened today but I wasdisappointed, I hadn?t eaten all day and I was nice about the mix up.
