This location needs to get it together from the managers to the rest of the team. If you would hire ppl that are excited about... what they do, and go above and beyond for cleanliness and accuracy, I believe the service would be better. Nevertheless, all Iseem to experience is unprofessionalism, late orders, and uncleanliness. They literally would answer the phone, handle yourmoney, no hair net or hat, and without washing their hands, (no gloves or anything) would proceed to make your order.Cleanliness is extremely important when handling food and preparing customer's order. Ordered through the app, 30 minutes later tracker said order was delivered. No pizza, called, they said pizza was out for... delivery. 30 minutes later order said it was cancelled. Still no pizza or a phone call to let me know anything. Not happy. Read more
I was COMPLETELY impressed with the customer service from this location. Unfortunately, most other take out/drive thru... establishments in this area have gone downhill in terms of service and quality due to the employee shortage of the past fewmonths. However, both the customer service and food quality was perfect here. Thanks to the employees for actually giving adamn, and caring about little things like courtesy, quality, and service. This store constantly gets orders wrong. It's not the Pandemic. I'm done ordering from this store. I understand making mistakes.... I understand the stress. I've worked for Dominoes before. EVERY SINGLE ORDER that I have gotten in the past 2 years has beenwrong. EVERY. SINGLE. ONE. I will no longer spend any money at this store or any other. Whether its toppings being wrong,completely messed up slices or just the wrong items. This falls back to the manager not doing their job and CLEARING STUFF OFFTHE LINE before checking it is right or saying its been delived when it hasn't even left the store. I've had to come to thestore after placing an order for delivery and waiting 2 HOURS. Timed orders are NEVER delivered on time. This location needs tobe restructured starting with Management and policies on making and delivering orders needs to be enforced. The employees I havemet are very nice, but regardless the store is not functioning, since before the pandemic. Again, this falls to MANAGEMENT. Read more
