This domino's location has become notorious for being slow and unattentive with orders whether it is for pickup or delivery. I... can hardly blame the drivers for the amount of time it takes if it takes an hour for a single medium 2 topping pizza to beprepared incorrectly. I cannot recommend ordering anything "complex" like more than three toppings, extra amounts of anytopping, or anything like hot sauce on your pizza from this location. Also don't bother with the pizza tracker with them. Sometimes they don't update it at all, other times your order is "ready for pickup", and then you'll still have to wait for itto be made right in front of you. Order #128. Not only was the delivery driver rude both times in a week towards us over the phone, he also was lost BOTH times... even though he had been here a week prior. Mind you we're a business on a busy road and I left notes to help them. Also our foodnot only arrived late both times it also arrived overcooked and the lava cakes completely destroyed into pieces. We called tospeak with a supervisor who also was a completely rude and nasty person stating there was nothing wrong worth our order and hungup during our conversation. She wanted us to bring the food up there that we had delivered bc we can't leave work. We hesitantlyate what we could of our food bc we were hungry and couldn't go anywhere else. Absolutely POOR service with order #128 on 8-12-2022. Called to say that 2 of our 3 pizzas were over cooked, and my lava cakes... arrived in pieces. The "manager" was EXTREMELY rude and refused to refund our pizza. She said she cooked them herself and theywere fine. Told me to call back at 5pm for my refund and ended our phone call with nothing else. This is fine, right? This iswhat you get for $7.99. Read more
This has to be one of the rudest dominoes I?ve ever been to! The workers are always getting into it with eachother. Whoever the... general manager here is has such a foul and rude mouth. I?ve had a couple of run ins with her where she had the same nastiestattitudes all the time. I believe it was her and another worker of hers, were the ones who?ve sabotaged my mothers food and thenproceeded to laugh like there was something funny. This was the ?Buffalo chicken pizza? they tried to give us. We opened it and looked at it and said no way, and then they said... they were going having oven issues. So we sat and waited for a new one for a long time (they gave us the old one too even thoughit was inedible). Also ordered a pepperoni and got home and realized it was the completely wrong pizza so had to drive up thereagain for that. Took like two hours to get the correct pizzas. We used to like this location, but won?t be back after this. Noteven offered any kind of coupon or credit for the multiple inconveniences. Read more
Was fresh and hot. I had it delivered, and it actually took less time than the app said. Every driver that has delivered pizza... to me has really been exceptional. They are always upbeat, have a big smile and extremely friendly. Read more
