The food was very good but my favorite chicken tika masala was not a cream based sauce like I?m accustomed to. The owner was... very nice. Mom says the lemon rice was very good. Fresh naan brought to the table. No chai tea on the menu. We were visiting Shreveport and love that we found this gem! Such a beautiful, clean and welcoming restaurant. The server was... friendly and had a good interaction with our family. Delicious and a new locale. Updated decor and menu! The owner remembers us every time we go! His interactions with us and our... children are sometimes strange, but always with good intentions. He gives us time to eat and relax without being pushy. Wetried the new Vindaloo. brighter and tangier than the previous rendition with a good heat. And we added Ghost Kali Mirch whichis a complex, rich black pepper lamb with plenty of gravy. The rice is always aromatic and flavorful. With the addition of warm,fresh garlic naan, our dining experience was beautiful. UPDATE: Lunch buffet is bountiful with a good variety of vegan,vegetarian, and meat dishes. Absolutely delicious! The staff was also very warm and kind. We ordered naan, daal makhani, and chicken tikka masala, and we ate... every last bite! I like that the dishes are made to share at the table. It might be the best chicken tikka masala we?ve everhad. The restaurant has a nice atmosphere, and we felt very relaxed and not rushed.
