Usually order for delivery but sometimes I pick up myself if I?m in the area. Never had a problem with my orders and it?s always... still hot when picked up or delivered. Sometimes the app sucks but over not a hard to use or a bad experience. Read more
This has always been my only option for ordering pizza but lately I?m very disappointed with the delivery processes.. the... website states store delivery but a door dash driver shows up to my house an hour and a half later expecting a tip that I refuseto pay! 33-45 minutes was my quoted time; I repeat it took AN HOUR AND A HALF for my food to be delivered. Then, when I calledto speak with a manager at 1:30, I was told no manager would be on duty until after 4pm. Unacceptable! They just lost a loyalcustomer here. Read more
Ordered a pizza from here at 9:25, it is currently 11pm. I have called the restaurant multiple times while they assure me the... pizza is coming in 20 minutes then 10 minutes. 30 minutes passed after the last phone call before I just called and cancelledthe order. Manager issued me a refund supposedly, hasn?t reflected on bank app yet but I appreciate the gesture. She assured methe pizza would still come and apologized, pizza has not come.
