What is there to really say about Jimmy John's? It's a chain restaurant so it's fast food, but way better quality ingredients... than Subway or so. The staff at this location are always super friendly, and they even stay open just a little bit past ten,even if they close at ten, to help make sure people getting off work have an option to grab a sandwich while most everythingelse in Shreveport is closed come ten pm. My sandwich of choice is always the #5, and the cookies they sell, even if they don'tmake them in house, are freaking amazing. The perfect amount of soft and chewy. Triple chocolate chip all the way, nohesitation! Downsides are a bit obvious, but nothing deal breaking. Limited options compared to places like Subway as far astoppings go. They got the basics, onion, tomato, pickles, etc. Aside from that they're obviously just a bit more expensive thanSubway as well, but I personally think the price is well worth the increase of quality! I haven't had Jimmy John's in years! My favorite has always been the Veggie.. Being newer in town, I didn't know that there was.... JJ here, so when I happened upon it, I was stoked! Me and some friends decided to try this place out since it was extremely crowded at all of the other restaurants nearby. I can... now see why this place wasn't crowded as well whatsoever. The minute I walk in to the moment I leave the cashier talks to me inthe most rude and sarcastic voice, and all I did was literally order a sandwich. After I ordered she took the receipt and threwit on the ground next to her, not even asking if I wanted it. After I received my order, they got it wrong and I inquired herabout it and she told us she couldn't take the order back and that we had to order again to get what we originally asked for? Idon't usually write reviews for bad service but this employee was atrocious and really needs to be reprimanded, she is probablythe sole reason this place is never busy. Overall a good plain sandwich with nice soft bread, moderate toppings, and crunchy kettle cooked chips. It never fails they... tend to make 1 of our sandwiches with almost no meat. I'm not sure if it's a prank or not but it's stupid. Read more
They have consistent quality sandwiches and are always freaky fast :-) I would like it more if they would deliver further down... Youree drive, but my food is always done before I get to the store so I can?t really complain. This location has messed up twicethough on ?no mayo? request, so that?s disappointing. Pricing is fair although I wish Jimmy Johns would do morepromotions/specials. Still, not bad. Edit: Second time in a row since last review they have forgot to cut sandwich, forgot toinclude mayo packets and forgot onion on #10. Same mistake three times in three orders a month a part? Sounds like people therejust don?t care about quality and consistency right now. I cut my darned sandwich because I?m a capable human being but ofcourse it fell apart. Ugh.
