Once a week we come here and order curbside pickup. My Father loves the whole Catfish so I also order something here to avoid... going to two places. Today I ordered our usual at 7:10p.m. finally received at 7:39 per request when I called the order in forketchup and hot sauce and of course utensils. When they finally brought out no ketchup, no hot sauce and no utensils in the bag.I asked the young lady as she was walking away could we please get condiments since none were placed in bag. almost 10 minuteslater still no service I went into the restaurant and was rudely told by front cashier Jasmine went to get. I said can I getwhat I need please have been waiting for order now having to wait for utensils and condiments very rudely she smirked and turnedher back. No matter how busy you may be personality and cordial behavior make up for an extended wait. I appreciate the goodfood here but several attendees need a lesson in customer service. It may be only $32.00 for our two meals but regardless of$32.00 or $300.00 spent try respecting your patrons not just select ones but all. Read more

Our server was outstanding. She was personable and efficient. Didn't get her name, but was told that she has there since... opening. The chicken fried steak was platonic. Real cutlets,thin crisp coating. Moist and tender. Baked potato was excellent,served hot and fully loaded. Mashed potatoes seem to be made fresh. Brown gravy was tasty. Johnny's Catfish is for sure a normal stop for the family. All of the meals are cooked fresh to order. We had the 5 & 5 special... that had the fried shrimp and fried catfish the dish comes with fries or baked potato both of those are top shelf goodness. Allmeals come with the optional beans , slaw, green pickled tomatoes. The staff is always super friendly and never have to worryabout drinks running dry. Awesome food and friendly service. A family restaurant for all ages. Love the red beans coleslaw and tomato relish you get with... your dinner. And never ending hush puppies. The chicken fried steak is a big tender steak and the loaded baked potato is a goodsize potato as well.
