This is my second time ordering from this location and having problems. The employees have terrible customer service. I made an... order online and went to go pick it up. I paid for it and the girl at the counter told me wait just a minute. After waiting 30minutes I said something to her and she told me she has no idea where my order is at. Then I heard the lady in the back with thepizzas laughing with another girl working about taking our order home that she purposely messed up on. In my opinion they needto get a whole new staff because these ladies working at this location are very unprofessional. Read more

The Lunch Buffet was dismal. I spent my whole 30 minute lunch break in the restaurant and there were only two pizzas on the... buffet the entire time. Every table in the restaurant was dirty. I saw customers searching for a place to sit, eventually havingto choose a dirty table to eat at. There was a big puddle of water on the floor right near the cashier and no one ever paid itany attention. Customer were constantly having to walk around it carefully as to not slip and fall. I definitely feel I wascheated. I spent $13 on a buffet and a drink and was only able to eat two pieces of pizza. The days of Johnny?s being myfavorite pizza are long gone evidently. I could have eaten a frozen pizza in the comfort of my own home and had a betterexperience. Read more

This is the second weekend in a row I have tried to call in and place order to go and nobody has answered. so my daughter and I... went to the store and placed our order. I took the privilege to record while I was in the store while my daughter called thestore several times and nobody even acknowledged the phone ringing. meanwhile they had 2 girls cleaning the salad bar andanother gentleman standing behind the cashier watching me place my order while the phone was ringing none stop. the owner ofthis store is losing hundred, possibly thousands of dollars bc of the staff employed here. This Johnny's is good. Whenever my son wants to go eat pizza again we will definitely be going to this one. They were very short... staffed (I only seen one person) and the did an awesome job. The pizzas were delicious. The wings were great, everything wasgood. I do recommend this for dine in pizza night. Read more

The pizza is as great as the service. I have been eating Johnny's Pizza for 30 years. The "Sweep The Kitchen" is awesome! ... It's not your typical New York style pizza. It has its own unique flavor that reminds me if home. Read more

I normally come to this location, and everything is well. However, I felt like I wasted a lot of my time, effort, and money... tonight right after a long shift. I thought I'd treat myself and family to some of our favorite pizza. I ordered a large sweepthe kitchen, a PERSONAL Sweep the swamp, small cheese sticks, and a FREE order of Mardi Gras cinnamon sticks. I arrived about 30minutes later and was told my total of nearly $50. This stuff is super expensive, which is why I tend to go every once in awhile. I knew something was off, but given that the guy in the back was the only one working, the stuff was already done and Ididn't want to sit through any changes or put the crew under more pressure. I was tired. Halfway home, I'm just really gettingthese nudges to go back and actually get my money's worth. However, I was afraid they wouldn't believe that my original orderwasn't a personal size pizza, thinking I had just changed my mind at the last minute. I called back. My cinnamon sticks werejust regular cinnamon sticks, not Mardi Gras. My Sweep the Swamp was a large size rather than a personal pan. I wanted apersonal size because I had never tried it before, and to my suspected horror, I ended up not liking it all that much. The youngguy that took my order did not really seem like he knew what he was doing. He got the manager on the phone to apologize and saidthey would remake the cinnamon sticks. So, I turned around, burning gas and having a headache. I walked back into the store andthe lady just handed it to me. No apology, or even anything free to compensate me having to come all the way back. That's what Idid when I worked at Fast Food; you offer something extra as a nice gesture for getting a person's order wrong. It really makesa difference. But I take some responsibility becuase I should have checked all of it at the store. Waste of money. VERYdisappointed in my experience. Read more
