I was a little "late" picking up my order (20 mins after "It's ready" email ????) and Employee kinda scolded me, "Oh, you late!"... I said I was coming from across town, but the last email was only sent to me like 20 mins ago, so that was his reason my foodwasn't hot... that, and it was too many items to fit in the pickup portal (I got some breadsticks & brownies) so it didn'tbenefit from the warming oven. So, they don't have an alternate warming lamp area for larger orders? Or you couldn't just put mymain pizza item in the portal if that's the only way it stays warm??
