I was a little "late" picking up my order (20 mins after "It's ready" email ????) and Employee kinda scolded me, "Oh, you late!"... I said I was coming from across town, but the last email was only sent to me like 20 mins ago, so that was his reason my foodwasn't hot... that, and it was too many items to fit in the pickup portal (I got some breadsticks & brownies) so it didn'tbenefit from the warming oven. So, they don't have an alternate warming lamp area for larger orders? Or you couldn't just put mymain pizza item in the portal if that's the only way it stays warm?? Restaurant was really disgusting and should have been cleaned and kept clean and I get it gets busy during a rush but this was... not cause of a rush I had been to this one before and it always is trashed Employees are very rude I ordered 3 hot and readypizzas 2 cheese hot and ready pizzas and a thin crust supreme pizza and they got the entire order wrong and then would not fixthe order and was told if I didn't like it that I should not have come to there restaurant it was absolutely the worst littleCaesars I have ever been to and really has made it to where I honestly have not ordered a pizza form ANY little Caesars sincethe and that happened almost 2 months. Staff is friendly. 99% of the pizza is good. I have received a pizza once or twice that was dry. Meaning it sat to long in hot... box. Would recommend more red sauce on pizza. Read more

We have a TV show called Drive Across Texas. driveacrosstexas.com We were in town playing baseball with our oldest Son. We had... just finished up a ball game and was starving. We pulled into the Little Caesars and placed our order. Our oldest boy can't havecheese but he loves pizza. So we order a Pepperoni with no cheese. The cashier said I need a pepperoni with no cheese. Theemployee in the back said, pepperoni with no cheese? The cashier said yes, Pepperoni with no cheese. The employee in the backsaid OK. The employees were very nice and the service was quick. This little Caesars deserves a 5 Star review. So folks nexttime you find yourself in the Shreveport area and your hungry, stop by and grab a pizza to go and customize it the way you wantit.
