The worst McDonalds EVER!!! The girl at the window was rude and disrespectful and we've been waiting in parking spot 8 for... fries! 8!! With everyone else, for 30 minutes, all the way to 11. WTH. Waited at the curbside parking spot for over 10 minutes after offering a simple meal in the drive thru. By the time they came... out with my food my drink had melted because it was 98 degrees outside. Don't waste your time or money. Read more
If 0 stars was a choice I would have chosen 0. This was the worst display of management and not just poor customer service but... flat out aggressive behavior and retaliation towards me,the customer. After I disputed the 4for$4 on the menu that is advertisedwrong according to them. I ordered 4 regular McChicken sandwiches and paid regular price for them after an agreement couldn't bemet over the false and deceptive menu advertisement. 3/4 was correct, ordered the way it comes and the 4th they put mustard andpickles on, I felt this was done on purpose. Then after I got in my car to leave and tasted one I realized they had given meall spicy McChickens and I feel confident that was on purpose in retaliation for me complaining. The managers where so rude andhateful and one completely would not even acknowledge me when I was speaking to her! I plan to contact the district managementon the next business day, as I took down their names.(trusting they told me their real/correct names) Also,no one had a name tagon and the majority of workers had no hat/visor on in the kitchen area.(no hair nets etc.) I am including a picture of the menuat the time this occurred,as I was told to receive to 4for4 I had to get fries and nuggets not just sandwiches, which was in noway displayed anywhere on the menu inside. The dining area looked as if it had not been cleaned in a couple of days.Variety of debris on the floor throughout the... restaurant. Horseplay by the workers throughout our meal. Oh, and of course, no ice cream. Read more
