Literally the worst fast food place over on north market. I would give them no starts if I could They take for ever to take... orders and are horrible at doordash orders and I went there for 6 cheese burgers and a large fry and they put 4 cheese burgersin the bag and I called and she said that ?she counted them and she put 6 in there? when she obviously didn?t count right orknow how to count and I believe it was the manger that gave us the food at that because she had a different shirt on fromeveryone and now I?m short on food and have to figure out how to feed 6 kids with 4 burgers. Not sure if all soft drinks are $1 or not but I was charged $2.81 for 2 medium soft drinks. Bathrooms need to be cleaned and... trash emptied. Wish McDonald's would buy decent toilet paper instead of the cheap stuff that tears when you pull on it. I use the McDonald's app. (With kiddos it just makes things easier.) This location has never failed at having someone on staff... with a smiling face and a general good attitude. They're so nice that I can't even get mad if my food takes a little longerbecause they're so nice. Read more
Most of the tables needed to be cleaned, restroom was filthy, and the person behind the front counter did not seem to like me as... a white person. This is not necessarily true, but he likely thought I was an outsider because I'm from a different state. Idon't have a problem with certain races, just an attitude of indifference. He was one of the most unenthusiastic people, alongwith another employee in uniform in the dining room talking on their phone and being too loud with their voice and usingprofanity. Did a mobile order for 2 Caramel Fappe with extra caramel drizzle and this what I got even after waiting 15 minutes and making a... phone inside the store to let the know I was outside waiting for my order, just to be told they was short handed and I had towait. While waiting for my order 4 cars pulled on the side of after I placed my order and they all received their food before Igot my drinks when they could have walked the drinks out with the other cars food. But you can tell that my drink where made andset to the side for awhile. Read more
Order took way too long only to get my food cold and the fries soggy. Was missing the sauce for my nuggets, missing a medium... fry, didn?t follow the instructions listed for how the burger should be. You could tell the oil needed to be changed out sincethe fries and nuggets came out so dark and tasted soggy/oily. Quality should be maintained even when it?s the later hours of thenight. Read more
