Went on a Saturday night. Prices are okay, food was good, the staff was super rude, and talked about the customers. We won't be... back. Read more

My crew came in at 12:30PM and the line worker told us, ?If you leave that would be doing me a favor.? We stayed to eat. We?re... regularly in Shreveport for work. We?ll be thinking twice before dining here again. Read more

My go to place for nachos! Yes this company goes thru people but they seem to finally be getting in a better place after Dylan... left them. Who was the best btw and not stingy at all on servings. Read more

Great portions, employees could have been more approachable. It was more or a ok next! But food and portions were great.

The food is great, but ordering online is pointless. I ordered one burrito 20 min before arriving at the store and still waited... at least another 20 for it to be made. Don?t know if this is a process problem or a staffing problem and don?t really care, tome it?s just a problem. Read more

I have only been here a couple of times and both times I really enjoyed the service. Not only to get to customize your order,... you get plenty of food! I had enough for the next day. And it?s not as expensive as other places like this. They have an arrayof items to choose from. I love the queso and salsa. What I also noticed is, they kept the eating area extremely clean. We willbe back! Read more

First time eating at moe's. They are kinda like the subway build your own burrito style of southwestern chain/restaurant. This... establishment is located in busy shopping center with plenty of other restaurants surrounding it. The building itself is ashared space with other stores, moe's has the corner space of the building. The interior is well decorated pretty much the samemodern stylings you would expected to see in a chain style restaurant to try to give itself a personality. They have the menu onthe wall or in little foldable menus, with cute little names for their burritos and quesadillas, me and my wife got the earmuffsbasically a burrito served in a bowl without the tortilla. All menu selections come with chips and they have various dips youcan try. Now the food itself is pretty bland and nondescript even for Tex-Mex the steak tips are soaked all day long in a broth since this is a build your own burrito style establishment, which is also a downside because the quality of the food andfreshness suffers because of it. My rice was either over cooked or under cooked so I had hard crunchy rice. The lettuce waswilted and soggy. And the chips that they served with their dishes tasted like stale tostitos chips. What boggled my mind is theamount of people that were lined up to eat there, as I've said this area has no shortage when it comes to authentic as well asTex-Mex Mexican cuisine restaurants that are far superior in quality and in taste. after trying moe's i would rank it maybe justabove taco bell because the only saving grace is that it wasn't very expensive. So I can only guess that people eat there eitherout of convience being so close to all of the other stores or maybe its because they are not that expensive or they have neverhad good Mexican food. But for me I seriously doubt that I will be visiting moe's in the foreseeable future. Read more

I absolutely love Moe's, having eaten at several establishments across a half-dozen states. Having driven an extra 20 miles to... visit this location while on a road trip, perhaps too much was expected. Upon walking through the door, a barely-muttered"welcome to Moe's" was issued from a couple of employees who seemed quite annoyed to be working at all. Next, I noticed that thecost at this particular location is about $1.50 more per burrito than standard. Also, they refuse to do any half-and-half whenbuilding a burrito and charge extra for a double wrap. Normally this would be understandable, save for the fact that this isuncommon practice for the franchise. Additionally, adding insult to injury, several of the salsa tubs were empty for theduration of our dining experience. It wasn't a nightmare, and the food was okay, but this was probably the worst of the roughly20 Moe's I've eaten at. Read more
