They don't know how to ring up the coupons. Always charging more than what it says. Doesn't matter if you order in advance you... have to wait no matter what. Read more
My order showed ready in the app but when I go to pick it up there's just 1 person doing everything. Then I waited over 15... minutes for them to finally tell me my order was not ready and they ran out of dough and meant to call me. Read more
The location was low on supply, one employee working he did well but definitely needed support. Providing paper plates and such... even at pick up only location would be great to add, I definitely could have used them considering I ordered 8 pizza for my guysat a job site. Read more

I used to be a huge pizza hut fan but now... Not so much. There's no love in it. It's as if they just threw it together any kind... of way. I would have done better with frozen pizza. It wasn't the worst but certainly not the best. Flavored rubber andcardboard is what it tastes like. I'm so sad it wasn't like it used to be. Read more
Unfortunately, I'm having to edit my review. The new melts ain't hitting on nothing. The buffalo one don't even taste like... buffalo even though the manager assured me that was what it was, after I complained. And they are crispy alright. You betterhave good teeth. And don't look for much cheese. But this is all that they're advertising. Read more
