The customer service is great. The people were very nice. The lines were long but they moved quickly. Presentation was pretty;... the crawfish on the other hand weren't up to my liking. Okay so this is a drive-through crawfish business, which is a very popular type of restaurant for this particular genre of food.... That being said this review will not address the lack of interior seating, because most people are used to drive-throughcrawfish in this area. The first thing I noticed was that there are two lines to get the Crawfish and there are attendants thatare taking the orders at both lines - So if you are familiar with Chick-fil-A and how efficient their line is, you can expectthat same level of efficiency here. My first impression was this was a very efficiently run operation. I placed my order andwas blown away by the reasonable prices. I believe this is because the owner of this particular crawfish joint is also acrawfish farmer himself. Since he has no middle man or no crawfish broker, the prices are really good. I was very impressedwith the prices for the live and boiled crawfish, as well as the size! I could see the crawfish from my spot in thedrive-through and it looked like lobsters getting tossed in the pot. The unmistakable odor wafting through the air of boiledcrawfish while I waited in the line was incredible. I could tell just from the smell of the crawfish that this was going to begreat. When I received my order I was not disappointed. My expectations were high, and they delivered! The Crawfish size wasexceptional and they did not skimp on the seasoning! The corn and the potatoes were all large size, perfectly cooked, and wellseasoned. Additionally, the order of boudin was exceptional. This is not North Louisiana boudin - this is authentic southLouisiana boudin that they are including as a side item on their menu. My family and I were extremely disappointed with the crawfish. Some of the potatoes were days old and had more black spots than... usual. We are definitely crawfish lovers and know good crawfish. They were rubbery and tasted days old also. They were cold andthere was a green color to the outside and insides to many of them. Pretty sure we got leftover crawfish. The corn was rubberyalso. Boudin was a whitish color and could have been cooked longer. Very, very disappointed after finally trying this placeafter about a year of it being in Shreveport. This is Easter weekend and we gathered with family to enjoy crawfish, but it wastruly a let down. Many of them were very small and they were not seasoned much at all.
