Doordash delivered me someone else's order and was unable to process a redelivery because the store was closing soon. I know it... wasn't their fault but I reached out to the store first and the manager and employees were super nice and willing to fix theissue. After finding out it couldn't be redelivered by doordash, I called them back to let them know and not only were they veryapologetic , one of the employees volunteered and insisted that he deliver my food. Have been here several times throughout the years, but have limited visits due to them being a little pricey. Customer service... was always great, and I have rarely had an order messed up, except for one time when the shrimp seemed burnt. They replaced it,plus let me have the original order. The experience was horrible. I ordered online and arrived. And my order was not ready and I had to pay a service fee and tips... and had to wait half an hour for my order. The lady working the counter was rude. Did not tell me that I had to wait for myorder to be made. And the establishment is in horrible condition. Cleanliness was appalling.
