Gumbo had a sour taste to it. It?s usually ok. But today it was sour tasting. Called and the manager said he could switch it out... for more gumbo. Why would I do that if it was sour the first time . Smh Read more
If I could give a zero stars to this restaurant on Youree Drive, I definitely would. I placed an online order yesterday for a... shrimp dinner with cocktail sauce. I pick up and get back to work and there no cocktail sauce, they sent a tarter sauce and ashanes sauce. Neither of which I asked for. I asked for 2 cocktail. The food was cold and rubbery. I could tell that the shrimpwere old and had been sitting under a warmer for so long it was rubbery. I asked for hush puppies and a side salad in place ofthe beans. I didn't even get the salad, I got the beans and all the food was old and cold. None of it was good. I tried tosalvage what I could but it was so bad I ended up throwing it all away and not eating until dinner bc it was so bad I couldn'tmake myself eat it. Horrible food. Read more

First time coming here and it was outstanding! There was so much on their menu to choose from but we both went with the Cajun... 1/3 burger combos for under $30 total. A little more on the expensive side but 100% worth it. Service was great/friendly, foodcame very fast, everything was hot/fresh, AND it tasted amazing! Loved everything about this experience. My husband, brother-in-law, and I ordered a 2-meat (ribs & chicken) bbq plate, catfish Lafitte, a crawfish pie, fried gator,... fried oysters, the blink sandwich (hot link and brisket), and 1/2 lb of crab legs plate. Food was amazing and staff was helpfuland very nice! Definitely plan on many return trips when we're in town! Read more
I wish there was 6 stars! I moved to Shreveport 18 months ago. Something told me to try the other fish restaurants before I went... to Shane's. I was right to wait. Shane's is by far the best I've had locally & top 2 lifetime for fried Gator...yes lifetime. Myson got the BBQ ribs - dry rub & fall off the bone. Reminded me of Rendezvous in Memphis. Thank you for making my father's dayeverything I had hoped for. Read more
