The best food in town. You have to try the chopped brisket on bun!

Needs new management. Used to be a good place. It has gone downhill. I wouldn?t be surprised if it goes out of business soon.

Our waitress was rude and terrible attitude she messed up my order twice had to tell her that my ribs were not there she... then gave me baked beans instead of green beans,I asked for water no lemon but it had a lemon in it ,at that point I asked fora to go box and my husband and I left and we did leave a generous tip SMH!!! Always really friendly very attentive food has always been amazing easy location to get all around great spot

We ordered the smokehouse burger to-go and were incredibly pleased. This experience has been one of the best. The smoke flavor... of the ground beef topped with the smoked brisket and the bread was exceptionally good. We drove from south Shreveport for thisexperience. However, we will check to see if the Silver Star Grill off Ellerbe Road has the same burger, if not we will bedriving to North Shreveport when we have the taste for a delicious burger. Read more

Wonderful staff and good food. The brisket was moist and potato salad was delicious. My only concern was the the bbq baked beans... were made from Ranch Style Beans and was not good. Also my wife said the bathroom was filthy and not stocked. Read more

I ordered a $20 salad with brisket, the brisket was old and burned, too tough to eat, and got a few leaves of spinach, tomatoes,... bacon bits, and ranch on it and barely that...it was literally like half of what the salad usually is..so disappointed. I called40 mins before close and even asked if it was too late, she should have said yes if I was literally going to pay for the trashthey throw away at the end of the night. This was the first time my wife and I came here. It was busy but we didn't have to wait long. We both ordered the smoked brisket... with sides and I have to say everything was delicious! I like there BBQ sauce and the extra tang they put in there ranch sauce.All of the staffing were professional, considerate and hard working.
