Typically food is decent. Yet, today's (Sept 2022) beef tips was tough, yams looked pureed, and mac & cheese was just ok. Even... entire plate looked uninviting. Read more

Not as good as it used to be ! I guess the Covid-19 messed it up ! Food sucks the waitress was slow and I should of just order... cheese eggs! Why to much cheese and the hash brown tasted like garlic! The one in bossier is a lot better Read more

Usually when I order the pork tenderloins they are perfect and delicious. This time they were so salty I couldn't eat them or... the sides. Our waitress was kind enough to take my order off of our ticket, we gave her a $5 tip because she was so sweet andkind to me since I was on crutches. She also agreed the food was to salty. Read more

Not a great experience, but not necessarily awful either. My wife and I arrived about 10:45 on a Saturday morning for breakfast... and the place was packed, but we only had to wait about 10 minutes to sit down. We both ordered some biscuits and gravy andsome hash browns, then the wait began. After 30 minutes of seeing only 3 orders delivered to tables, but probably a dozen or soto-go orders pushed out of the kitchen, and seeing at least 5 other tables without food that we knew ordered before us, we hadto tell our waitress that we would need to have our food to-go because we wouldn?t have time to eat there knowing it would stillbe quite a while before we got our food. I?d also seen one angry gentleman complain to a waitress about the wait and leavewithout his food. Fifteen minutes later, our waitress jumped us ahead in line (those other tables mentioned before still didnot have their food while another couple to-go orders went out) and prepped our to-go plates herself in the kitchen. She didmake it right and did not charge us for our food so I tipped what would?ve been probably 40% on the bill because of that. Whenwe ate the food?it was not worth that wait. It wasn?t bad necessarily, just OK. The biscuits were good, but the gravy wassomewhat bland and runny. By the way, the wait time isn?t exaggerated, they write the time they take the order on the ticket. That was 10:59 and we left at 11:47. If the waitress hadn?t jumped us ahead, here?s a good chance it wouldn?t been another 20minutes or more for us to get our food. The owner really should know to shut off online ordering when the place is thatslammed. It?s not fair to customers dining-in or the waitresses as it takes money out of their pockets. And those waitressclearly are awesome as they are friendly as can be while they?re running all over the place. We may try it again, because thepictures of some of the other food look amazing, but it?ll have to be spur-of-the-moment when the parking Read more

My wife and I both had to get to go boxes. The portions were beyond ample. Everything was absolutely delicious. Southern cooking... at it's finest. The gravy, the seasoning...if I don't stop I'll have to go back now! Read more

I had one of the daily specials: Chicken & Dressing, it comes with 3 sides and your choice of cornbread or roll. The portion... sizes were generous and it all was very good. I ate two sides with my entree and my toddler was satisfied with the mac andcheese. Good prices. Attentive and friendly staff. Relaxed atmosphere. Plenty of parking. Read more
