I felt like I was wrong for buying food from here the customer service so poor to where I hated I bought the food ,the worker... showed no interest in making my food or being at work period ,barely interacted and really didn?t care about my food ,I mean ifyou don?t want to work nights and ready to go home around 9:25 and y?all close at 10 baby don?t come to work cause who want adead spirit making they food and top of that be so nonchalant I felt bad buying my food cuz the service was so poor food alreadyhigh who tf want bad service with paying for a high meal,I need corporate for this store Read more
usually love this place but the girl last night was not attentive she gave me the wrong sandwich didn't put what I asked on it... and then was angry when I told her she was wrong. Read more
Never again, the worst service ever, very slow service, unprofessional, at 5:30 pm they were out of chicken and Whole wheat... bread, many customers came back while I was waiting with orders were made wrong. Read more
The lady whom prepared my two 6 inch sandwiches on march 7, 2021 at 6:47pm was so rude to me that I felt racially picked on &... insulted after leaving tonight. I've never felt like that in my life ordering food before from any restaurant. I'm not sure ifshe was overwhelmed or just miserable?! I made it a good respectful point to express my feelings on what she did to me after Ipaid. If you're going to pin point pick on someone for not wearing a mask, make sure ya ask them why before you go off on them..and plz direct it to the entire subway and not just me! Do NOT insult them or be-little them or talk under your mask about themwhile preparing their sub.. out of 5 customers 2 were wearing a mask!!! I worked at subway in Dallas Texas and my first check was $1,300.00 because I was a nights audit open an close from 7am till... 12pm I went home to a Nice 4*star hotel and rested they serve the best. Read more
Nice people but incompetent- had to go back twice because they forgot the cookies the first time (mobile pickup) I sent my bf... to get and I had to go back the 2nd time to get a refund for the 2 other cookies we paid for but forgot. I wanted my cookiesand EVERYTHING we paid for???? Read more
