Not usually the person to complain this is a health hazard. Sub was good but I got halfway through my drink and an unpleasant... surprise ended up in my drink. I?m positive that it was black mold from the pop machines. As someone who has worked in thisindustry, it is not okay and staff members should be cleaning the pop nozzles as well as the machines well every night butobviously wasn?t done. I am working with my crew to insure they are trained well and at your service. Y'all matter to us andwe appreciate y'all as individuals. We want to provide you great service and make you feel apart of your experience. We do havea drive- thru and it's open till 8pm as for our lobby is open till 9pm. They DO NOT TAKE PHONE ORDERS. My client loves Subway so I took her there. She and her husband enjoyed the food.
Food was good and fresh could keep a cleaner assembly line. Js staff was nice and view is ok.
Subway has to be my favorite place. This one however is a hit or miss. I have reviewed it in the past and had great things to... say. On my last visit though the bread is like day old bread. Hard and dark brown. The gentleman making my order pulled all thevegetables I. The center and never cut it or wrapped it. When I got home it was poured out in the bag. We've made a couple visits to this store and never had the slow, frustrating service that we did this visit. When we came in,... there was already a long line and two people running the front. One whom appeared to be in training. When it got to placing ourorders, it was obvious the young man was only training. First sandwich, he really skimps on the meat & forgets the bacon; Ireminded him as he was about to put my sandwich in the oven. He removes my cheese, sets it on the counter, adds a strip or twoof bacon, and replaces the cheese. Second and third sandwich, after someone from one from the back came to assist, (who seemedjust as flustered) when the young woman that was on the front left for a smoke break, they forget the cheese. Again had toremind them a couple times to put the cheese on before putting it in the oven. Now came the part of adding the toppings, onlyone sandwich was different by one item. Again we had to repeat several times. Now the dressing...again all the same...ranch,(which was applied way too generously that it actually drowned the sandwich flavor.) The order was then wrapped up, now mind youwe had one sandwich that had one different topping than the others which would have normally been marked...but not this time. They were wrapped hastily and tossed in a single bag. Was seriously not impressed this visit or the sandwiches...because evenwith all we added, they simply tasted like bread and ranch dressing.???? 2-26-2020 breakfast. So Brittany waited on us this morning for breakfast. This was my first time in this location. The location... was clean and the lady Brittany at the register was extremely helpful. I have never been to a subway for breakfast before. Onceagain y?all Subways does not put enough food on their sandwiches nevertheless the lady was extremely helpful I even let her pickmost of my meal. I would return to this location. Overall somewhat pricey not enough food for the money but not a badexperience. Read more
