The reason I am rating a 2 star review is the customer service. Theemployees (college students and teenagers) are very unprofessional. This is my second experience we?re I received poor customerservice. The first time I walked in on Friday April 22 to purchase a sandwich. No one acknowledged me. As I stood at the counterseveral employees were making sandwiches but didn?t acknowledge me. A simple ?Hello, give us just a moment? would have beengood. After several minutes I placed my order.The drink machine had no ice so I settled with Hot Tea (yuck) After braggingabout The Honey Baked ham sandwich which is AWESOME!!!! On May 31st at 5:30 pm my sister and I decided to swing by and purchasea sandwich right before closing. When I walked in the store the young lady greeted me. I noticed she was wiping down the workstation. Everything was already covered and closed up. I told her I wanted 2 honey baked ham sandwiches. She turned around tolook over her shoulder as her co worker walked up front from the back of the store. Then she informed me that the oven was shutdown for the evening and she would not be able to serve me a hot sandwich. I then left the store. I sat in the parking talkingto me sister as I observed both employees lock up the store at 6:00 sharp! This goes to show they shut down early to leave atclosing. That?s unacceptable and unprofessional. Break down and clean up should never affect service. That oven should notclose until the store closes. This location is only open from10:30-6 so this does make sense. Read more
