The staff was not helpful. We had a party of 5 and were told we could not sit at a booth with a chair at the end however there... were 3 other booths with 4 people and a highchair at the end. Weird but no problem we will wait. We waited for 15 mins for aplace to open we gladly sat at the bar. The staff took their time to clean up the area and acted as if we were rather a botherto them. We then watched a waitress Nikki then iniate an argument with a customer. The lady came to the dishwasher area andasked if they could be waited on, these ladies sat down before us and had not yet been spoken to. Nikki explained that she didnot know what the hold up was as that was not her station. The lady then well whoever is supposed in that area can you send themwe are hungry. Nikki then told the CUSTOMER "you don't have to get an attitude with me" and it was off from there. The lady andher friend left and said we will go eat somewhere else. Being in the restaurant biz I was floored. She then began complainingabout customers in general to others in my party. Not a good look. The stats of the day were the male cook and Dominique hisprep asst. They provided us with drinks to go and engaged more with us than our servers. The rest of the crew was wasting time,complaining about stuff, lazy and disorganized. Don't bother stopping at this location if you are hungry for Waffle House. Wayto go Kitchen crew 5 stars for you. Even though covid has passed I still do not want anyone cooking my food without mask on talking over my food and having... conversations over my food. It's disgusting I've watched spit fly out of miles 20 times Read more

Had a very bad experience. Waitress named Nikki waited on us. She took our order and turned and was over by waffle maker. We... were waiting on one cup of coffee. I asked if we could get the cup of coffee and she turned around and said with an attitudethat's not the way we do things here. I don't work there so I would not know that. She also told us that we had an attitude fromthe time we walked in the door. We did not. This is not something that you tell a paying customer. I asked for jelly she hadanother waitress come and wait on us. The waitress Kay that took her place was very nice. Asked for manager but she was busycooking told our new waitress to take our checks and we do not have to pay for meal. While we much appreciated that ,that wasnot our intent. We just wanted to talk to management to explain how rude our waitress Nikki was. I work in retail and you do nottell the customer that is not how we do things here nor do you tell the customer they had an attitude since we walked in thedoor. Which we did not have. Went to this location and they refused to prepare a to-go order. Said they were too busy. Stupid logic? so it?s better to tie up... a waitresses time when I could sit down and just ask for a to-go container for my food. Not going to be that petty so I?ll justnot frequent Waffle House. Service was horrible after sitting for 15 minutes i had to get up to ask who was working our section. Finally got some of our... food not all of it I ordered toast because my order didn?t include it. I waited thinking she would bring it any second i wasmistaken she finally brought it after i was done eating thats when my husband got his waffle and sausage that came with hismeal. ( the toast in the picture is my husbands)Never did get a refill on drinks or was asked if we needed refills. When westood up to leave then and only then did she ask if we would like to go drinks. I understand there is going to be a fewpieces of dropped food in the cooking area (hack i drop a few when i cook at home i clean it up with in a minute if not sooner)but this was disgusting as you can see in the photo. I don?t understand what has happened to this restaurant use to be reallygood service and food not to mention clean. I will not be back. Read more

Maybe a off day for them this morning. I called for pickup, 15 minutes later, I walked and saw what I believed was my food... waiting for me on the counter. I tried to get someone's attention that I was there for my food. I literally waited for twopeople, who were walk in orders to get their food before me. One of the customer's asked for their drinks and was told " I'mdoing the best I can", so I took it as they were overwhelmed. I'm an understanding person, so I rushed to the counter beforethe person that checked out the second person I had to wait for to get my food. I paid and left to surprise my wife with a latebreakfast. I was so disappointed. What was usually good food, was burned and short some hash browns, I ordered a "large" orderfor my wife and I, (2 orders). Also, both of us had "issues" after we ate little later. Read more
